Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Returns Info

If you wish to return a standard changing mat, anti roll changing mat, basket liner mat or travel mat, for hygiene reasons please ensure the packaging is not opened.

Returns received with the bag/packaging opened will be returned to you at your expense.

If you are returning a changing mat please ensure it is sent flat and not folded or rolled. Changing mats returned to us rolled or folded are deemed to be in an unsalable condition and will be returned to you at your expense.

How to return your order

To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@thelittlebumbleco.com making sure you include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, we do not cover the cost of returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

We recommend you obtain proof of posting when returning items, as the product(s) you're returning remain your responsibility until we have received them. In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.

Damages & Faults

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once we have all the information we need we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item has arrived with a fault or damaged do not use it. The fault/damage must be reported immediately so we can fix the problem. If you have chosen to use it despite the fault/damage, it cannot then be returned

Please note that due to the nature of its use, changing mats may be susceptible to staining. Our changing mats are made of a waterproof, wipeable material however they are not stain resistant. Refunds will not be issued should staining occur.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include:

  • Custom products, such as special orders or personalised items
  • Teether cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Dummies cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Cot Sheets and towels cannot be returned if they have been removed from their packaging

Changing mats, anti roll changing mats and travel mats cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on outlet items or gift cards.

Cancelling an order

If your order is in an undispatched status, in most cases we will be able to cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order has been marked as dispatched in our system we will be unable to cancel the order. You will then need to wait until the order is delivered and then request a return.

For personalised items, once the order has been placed with the manufacturer we are unable to cancel the order.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, this is outwit our control.
