UK ORDERS

In Stock Items

In stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours (Mon- Fri). Orders Placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We always aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items including a pre order item we will usually wait until all items are in stock and ship everything together.

Obaby & Mustard Made

All Obaby & Mustard Made products are sent directly from the suppliers and will take up to 14 working days to dispatch. If other items are ordered in conjunction with furniture, they will be sent separately in accordance with our standard dispatch timescales.

We are currently unable to deliver to areas outside of Mainland UK. If you are unsure if this applies to you, please check our FAQs section for more information before placing your order.

Made to order items:

1. Personalised Changing Mats & Replacement Changing Mat Covers

We aim to have all personalised orders and replacement changing mat covers with you within 4 weeks from the date of ordering. Sometimes delays out with our control can impact dispatch dates but we always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

2. Art Prints

All our art prints are printed to order. Whilst usually they are printed within 3 day of your order please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. If an order is returned to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly/was incomplete, postage will need to be repaid before the parcel can be resent. We will also need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before it can be resent.

We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or any auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, but please email customerservice@thelittlebumbleco.com and we will do our best to help.

If you need to change shipping address email customerservice@thelittlebumbleco.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to change it. If your order has already been marked as dispatched we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday

*Please note we cannot guarantee the delivery times stated above. Once your order is with the courier the shipping time is out with our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that might occur.

Sometimes it may be necessary to use a different courier than the courier stated above but we will always use DPD when possible.

Personalised or made to order items are excluded from our usual dispatch & delivery times. We are also unable to offer next day delivery on made to order/personalised items.

BANK HOLIDAYS - Please note we do not have parcel collections on bank holidays therefore all orders placed that are due to ship on a bank holiday will ship the next business day.
