OBaby + Mustard Made Returns Policy

OBaby Returns Policy 

If you are not completely satisfied with the items purchased they can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email The Little Bumble Co at hello@thelittlebumbleco.com in the event that you wish to return your product(s). To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. 

OBaby will use nominated couriers and will organise the collection. Items being returned due to a change of mind will be subject to a collection charge. This will be typically charged at £10 per parcel depending on the weight and dimensions of the item(s).

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged we are able to offer an exchange or refund. Please email The Little Bumble Co. at hello@thelittlebumbleco.com within 14 days of delivery.

Mustard Made Returns Policy 

All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Flatpack furniture is a wonderful thing (we love it!) but if the product has been fully or partially assembled we, unfortunately, are not able to accept the return of your locker.

Smaller items, such as Hangers, Baskets or any extras, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Products
