Royal Mail Returns Portal
We want to make returning your items as simple and convenient as possible. Our Royal Mail Returns Portal allows you to arrange a return quickly and easily.
By using our Returns Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Returns Fee
A fee of £4.50 per return applies when using our Royal Mail Returns Portal.
This fee covers the cost of your return postage and will be deducted automatically from your refund once your return has been received and processed.
The £4.50 fee applies per returned parcel, not per item, provided all items are returned together in one parcel.
2. Return Eligibility
All returns must comply with our standard Returns Policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with any original packaging and tags, where applicable.

Returns must be requested within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy - 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Returning Your Parcel

Complete the return request through our Royal Mail Returns Portal.

Follow the instructions provided to generate your return label or QR code.

Package your items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Drop your parcel off at an eligible Royal Mail location and retain your proof of postage.
Please ensure all items included in your return request are enclosed in your parcel.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory rights.
For eligible change-of-mind returns using our Returns Portal, the £4.50 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team before arranging a return through the portal.
Where an item is faulty or incorrect and we are responsible for the return costs under your statutory rights, you will not be charged the £4.50 returns fee.
6. Alternative Return Methods
You are not required to use our Royal Mail Returns Portal.
You may arrange your own return postage using a suitable delivery service, in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you arrange and pay for your own return postage, the £4.50 portal fee will not apply.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.
7. Your Statutory Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
